Harvest at Damonte Ranch will have 278 homes in phase 1 which features 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartment homes and townhomes that have been designed with luxury finishes. This is a new apartment community developed by Lewis Apartment Communities located in Damonte Ranch, the most sought-after master-planned community in South Reno, Nevada.
The concept of Harvest started small, with small raised garden beds within residential developments. The plan evolved to feature expanded community gardens and healthy outdoor amenities. Harvest places a focus on healthy living, which was based on the slow food movement and locally grown food. The Harvest concept is designed with activities focused on community gatherings, outdoor living, and healthy cooking to bring an educational focus on urban agriculture and nature. These concepts created the spaces we designed for the residents: a grow-to-grill community garden and outdoor kitchen, as well as a dog park and dog washing station. The centerpiece of the community is an 8,400 square foot recreation center overlooking a lavish pool and spa with ample plush seating/gathering areas.
