FLLG prepared design development and construction documents for a new Casino and Hotel complex on seventy acres for the Graton Rancheria Tribe in Rohnert Park, CA. Design services are responding to owner’s desire for sustainable, leading-edge principles in green building and site sustainability principles. The incorporation of green roofs, green walls, bio swales, recycled water for landscape irrigation, as well as water quality and quantity control measures are all being applied to this contemporary styled Casino. Extensive use of 3D rendering and video models are being used to convey the design process to the Owner as well as to review design alternatives in the application and costs of landscape features proposed as a part of the architecture.
