Mr. Fuhrman has over 40 years of diversified experience in the practice of landscape architecture. Steve began his career, in the green industry in 1978, as a designer, superintendent, and estimator for a medium sized design-build landscape contractor in southern California. Steve also spent a year as a landscape architectural and construction consultant for a residential developer involved in a 1,200-acre residential community in Placer County, CA. He was responsible for construction budgeting, site planning, passive solar applications, erosion control studies, offsite construction supervision, and writing design guidelines and CC&Rs.
Since 1983, Steve has maintained roles as a Project Manager for a landscape architectural firm in Sacramento, as a Principal of his own firm from 1992 to 1998, and was a founding Principal with Land Architecture, Inc.. His varied duties have included site planning, design development, contract documents, construction administration, project management, business development, marketing, preparing proposals, and conducting public presentations and workshops.
In 2011, as Principal and President he started Fuhrman Leamy Land Group. This new firm will take advantage of Steve’s refined skills in problem solving, and creative solutions in landscape architecture on projects with which he has extensive experience from residential communities, institutional, parks, site planning, and multi family projects. He has highly refined skills and is efficient in design development, contract document preparation. Steve possess advanced skills, in leadership, rainmaking, and devotes pro bono services to youth projects, and to Memorials for the Veterans and fallen public servants.
Steve has exemplified well organized business administration and creative design skills in order to develop a successful service-oriented practice. His credibility is based on his sensitivity to identifying programming and scheduling needs at the onset of each project. Steve is drawn to innovative, cost-effective design solutions, and continually focuses his efforts on service and responsiveness to client needs.

Kevin C. Leamy, ASLA

Kevin C. Leamy, ASLA – Principal, Vice President
In 1997 Mr. Leamy began his landscape architecture career as a production manager for a design-build firm in Northern California area of Auburn. Kevin worked on exclusive high-end residential and small-scale commercial projects. His duties were varied as he posses many quality skills in communication as well as problem solving. He refined his design skills in site analysis, design development, project management, and construction documents, during his six years helping the firm to successive profitable years.
In 2004, Kevin joined a Roseville based Landscape Architecture firm as a Project Manager on numerous multi-family projects, and public benefit projects. He was responsible for quality control and timely delivery of submissions and meeting deadlines, and project budgets. Since 2011 Kevin and Steve have joined forces and began Fuhrman Leamy Land Group.
Throughout his career, Mr. Leamy has developed a wide range of design skills and qualifications, which have enabled him to manage many successful projects that meet the needs of his clients.

Angela Miller

Mrs. Miller worked as a nurseryperson for Armstrong Nursery in Irvine, CA, from 1999 to 2000. While working there she attained an extensive working knowledge of ornamental plant material specific to the southern California regional landscape. From 2000 to 2001, Angela worked as a designer’s assistant/office manager for a private designer of high-end residential landscapes in Harbor City, CA. While working there she achieved a significant understanding of office and project management and enhanced her design skills, functionally and graphically, in small and large space custom residential design.
Upon graduation from Cal Poly in 2002, Angela took up residency in Italy. After returning back to the states in 2005, she worked as a designer for Land Architecture, Inc. before starting her own residential/graphic design company in 2011 while starting a family. Angela transitioned back into commercial design after joining FLLG in September 2014. Coupling her appreciation for design and graphic communication with well developed technical and organizational skills, her responsibilities have included planting design, irrigation layout and design, material research and selection, grading and drainage, and graphic communications.

Jade Griley

Ms. Griley graduated from Sacramento State University in 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture. Upon graduation, Jade decided to take her love for the outdoors and turn it into a career in Landscape Design with FLLG in 2022. While in school, Jade was a manager at a local restaurant where she valued quality, organization, and communication from 2017 to 2022. Jade is a great asset to the team with her passion for design, creativity and her vast knowledge of various design programs. She’s been an athlete all her life and is a big team player. While not at work, you can find Jade on a hike with her dog, cooking, or watching the game.

Amanda Morris

Amanda Morris – Landscape Designer
Amanda Morris is a talented and skilled professional with a passion for landscape design. With a degree in Environmental Interior Design from Ivy Tech, Amanda has a comprehensive understanding of design principles and techniques, particularly as they relate to outdoor spaces. Her senior project, which involved designing a community park in Middlebury, Indiana, has been widely praised for its innovation and creativity, and is currently under construction.
Amanda’s knowledge of plants was developed while working at Linton’s Enchanted Nursery in Elkhart, Indiana. This experience provided her with a deep understanding of plant care and maintenance, which she then applied in her own business, Everbloom Landscapes. As the owner of this residential landscape company, Amanda brought a fresh and unique perspective to each project, creating exciting, sustainable outdoor spaces for her clients.
In her current role at Fuhrman Leamy Land Group, Amanda has continued to expand her knowledge and expertise in commercial landscape design. Her ability to work on complex and large-scale projects is a testament to her skill and versatility.
